How it works
There are two ways to practise. Simulation reproduces the structure and time pressure of the assessment with no hints. Training slows down, explains what each scenario is testing and gives detailed feedback.
Timed scenarios
Each scenario begins with a 30-second reflection period, then the questions appear with strict, timestamp-based timers. In a full simulation you can't go back.
Typed responses
Two questions shown together with 3:30 for both. There's a word count but no spellcheck, autocorrect or suggestions. Content matters more than typos.
Video responses
Your webcam records one answer per question, 60 seconds each, starting and stopping automatically. You can watch yourself back and read a transcript.
Structured feedback
An independent rubric looks at situation understanding, perspective-taking, reasoning, proportionality, escalation and adaptability. Feedback quotes what you actually wrote.
Retry and compare
Rewrite any answer after reading the feedback. The comparison view shows what changed, such as clearer reasoning or better escalation judgement.
Progress tracking
Practice levels by competency, format, difficulty and timing, plus recurring patterns in your responses and a practice plan built from them.
What this is for
Situational judgement tests have no answer key. This tool is for practising one skill: making a thoughtful decision when information is incomplete, and explaining your reasoning clearly under time pressure.
You won't find memorised model answers or a formula here. Example responses are one reasonable approach among several, and they come with an explanation of why they work.
